Combination Roller Set System

A brand new designed combination roller set is applied for both mast and fork carriage system, in which the roller set, is equipped with sturdy and heavy-duty rolling bearings with integrated, adjustable side-roller and re-lubricated device. Those new designs not only increase the safety and durability of lifting system, but also make adjustment and maintenance of mast and fork carriage system much easier.

Mast and Fork Carriage System

A whole new front design provides a clear view for the driver, which enhances the safety and efficiency. All the mast and fork carriages are welded from German hot-rolled steel and the final product is inspected using Ultra Sonic Detector to ensure its reliability.

Safety Down Valve and Flow Control Valve

The safety down valve & flow control valve is mounted to prevent the accidentally dropping from a bursting hydraulic hose or breakdown of hydraulic system. In addition, it adjusts the loading rate automatically with different loading.

A Full functional instrument panel (displays 14 modules) with control switches (controls 13 functions) mounted with steering column kit. The operator has an easy control and better knowledge of the forklifts conditions.

Plug-in Fuse System

Plug-in fuse box is mounted in the left side of the centralized instrument steering column kit, which makes it easier for inspection, maintenance and replacement.

The reserve tank installed remotely in the engine compartment, which allows easy checking of coolant level by simply open the engine hood.
